Simple solution. If you want to see quality games at Target, you have to start purchasing the highest quality Wii games Target has to offer. Target's sales numbers tell them what their customers want to buy, and it's apparent that Target customers like shovelware. If quality games start to move at Target, then they will stock more quality games, but for now quality games simply don't sell well at Target (that or there's a much higher proffit margin for shovelware titles).
