@ kbg29 That last paragraph is wishful thinking at best and just plain wrong at worst.
"SCE is now stable"... really? Sony dont even have any plans for a PSP2 (they said so this week) and "very competitive" is not a phrase anyone could sensibly use to describe the PS3 from now on. |
Yes SCE is now stable. They have forced the division to become stable, and that is why we have not seen a price cut this holiday, and we won't see one tell well into next year.
I never said anything about PSP 2 in the next year, I only refered to it as the next gen. The PSP has a ton of room left to grow, and next year will be one of, if not the best year the platform has ever seen. Now I don't want to go saying these things are fact, but the addition of trophies, the video and music store native to the system, greater focus on PSOne releases, and all games coming to PSN day and date with their UMD release are all things that have been mentioned this year. That along with better PS3 to PSP conevtivity, and another revision adding in much needed features like built in storage, and possibly 3G could easly get momentum behind the system.
Very competitive makes no sense at the moment. After the holiday buzz dies down, and some very big suprises at CES the Playstation brand will be in a very good situation. With the right services, and consumer awarness PS3 can be profitable, and competitive at the current price point. You will see what I am talking about soon enough.
Stop hate, let others live the life they were given. Everyone has their problems, and no one should have to feel ashamed for the way they were born. Be proud of who you are, encourage others to be proud of themselves. Learn, research, absorb everything around you. Nothing is meaningless, a purpose is placed on everything no matter how you perceive it. Discover how to love, and share that love with everything that you encounter.
