This is one game i think would do well on the Wii. Why? Because it's an FPS, which could fit the wii controls, it had a distinctive cel shaded art style, and I think it should happen as it is an ubisoft IP and they been showingg the Wii a lot of love(but mostly shitty love). I think this would be a good game as the graphics fit the Wii idea of art style over realism, and if they get the controls right, they could easily have a million seller on their hands. One more thing online multiplayer would be a great addition as well. What do you guys think? Would you buy it? Do you think it is well suited to the Wii? Do you think it's already in development? Give me your views.

If I remember correctly, there were several platinum games on the PS2 that just weren't that great. Sadly I can't remember those off the top of my head but the next time you're at Best Buy, walk down the PS2 isle and look at the Greatest Hits games. True there are some good games, but there are quite a few not good ones.

The game was truly original, I remember playing it for a bit.

It managed to skillfully combine gory with comic like. I imagine it could be fun with the Wii controls remembering that there were throwing knives and such on the original.

This is pretty much the case. It's acknowledged by most that this is how Killzone made a lot of its sales. Sony made it a $20 platinum/Greatest Hits title and a lot of people decided the game was worth $20 to try out. It's part of the major problem when you try to throw #s around to show how successful a game was.

To give an idea of initial sales, it debuted at #12 in the UK and was off the charts by the end of December.



To cash in my CC rewards points for $300 in Circuit City gift cards to purchase a 360 or not: That is the question.
