First,there was amiga: which my dad bought me coz I liked playing that frog game.

Then,Super nintendo:I didin't know about games or consoles that time,I really can't remember much but I remember my mom bringin it over me and playing Yoshi's island,Megaman x2 and some weird Captain America game with friends.

Playstation 1:I was at my friend house,and well we played Tekken 3 and Metal gear solid.Awesome.Mind blowing.Destruction!Then I traded my Super nintendo and all games for Ps1,Mortal combat 4,Dark Omen and G-police.

GBA:POKEMON GOTTA CATCH THEM ALL!And Megamans.

GBA SP:Zelda minish cap.

Playstation 2:Well...Metal gear solid 2.

PSP:Megaman maveric hunter,Gta Liberty city stories.Just had money and wanted to try it.Awesome.

Nintendo Ds lite:Castlevania and Advance wars.

PS3:Metal gear solid 4.

Is pretty nice to see,that what game I started at PS1,is reason for me to buy Ps3.Same goes for nintendo and PSP,Megaman started it, but ofc there was this Pokemon hype when I was kid...

G Police was such a cool game .. cant believe i forgot all about it.

Atari 2600: First console out for me

Commodore 64: Next step up from the Atari
Sega Saturn: Cause friends owned a Nintendo so i could play that at their house.
Playstation 1: Final Fantasy 7 and MGS.
Playstation 2: Final Fantasy series and Gran Turismo series.
GBA: Cause everyone had one.. lol
PSP: PMP player that could play games so was a win for me.
Playstation 3: MGS4, Gran Turismo HD, and Final Fantasy series.
Wii: Cause it given to me for $20 for joining my internet provider.

NES - Super Mario Bros

Genesis - wanted to be first kid on my block to get a 16-bit system

SNES - Final Fantasy 2... I loved 1 on the NES

PS1 - I don't remember.  First to market, I think.  I thought the CD player was cool.

N64 - Mario64

PS2 - DVD player and basbeall games.

GameCube - Mario Sunshine

DS - New super mario bros

360 - It was first to the market, and I wanted it.

Wii - Mario Galaxy w/Wii sports on the side

PS3 - Valkyria Chronicles, but there are lot of PS3 exclusives that interest me.

Boy, I really love mario.

GameBoy Color: Pokemon Gold & Silver (Got both with my GBC one christmas)

In about the right order for home consoles and portables:

1. NES - It was a Nintendo!  All the cool kids had one.  Actually, I think either the brother or sister wore the parents down to get one, no idea why they wanted one.
   
2. Game Boy - See above
3. SNES - It was the next Nintendo, why wouldn't I want one?
4. Game Gear - the parents thought it would be a cool gift.  I might have agreed with them if I could see the screen of the one game I owned for it.
5. Playstation - FFVII
6. N64 - It was the next Nintendo
7. Playstation 2 - Tekken Tag, SSX Tricky, and it just seemed like a good idea.
8. Gamecube - It was the next Nintendo.
9. Game Boy SP - Too many GBA games come to mind to mention only a few.  I think it was mainly for the retro remakes.
10. XBox - Seemed like a good idea, boy was I wrong.  I got Tetris Worlds, Counterstrike (bleh!  Terrible version), and KotoR.
11. Nintendo DS - Brain Age, Big Brain Academy, seemed like a good idea at the time (and actually was)
12. Nintendo DS Lite - It was tits
13. Nintendo Wii - Dragonball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 2, Rayman Raving Rabbids, Wii Sports, Excite Truck, Warioware: Smooth Moves, The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
14. XBox 360 - Kameo, Dead Rising, Gears of War, and something else I can't remember off the top of my head.
15. PS3 - It was free, wasn't any games I actually wanted.

Wow I bought most of these systems without reason. And by that I mean I just felt like getting it even though the games I didn't really look into what I wanted.

Metal gear solid seems to be popular (suprise) with Final fantasys.
Maybe Final Fantasys next year will boost PSP,WII, PS3 and Xbox 360 sales.
