According to IGN, it's Q1 2009, and with their bankruptcy imminent, they have 50 days = until the 26th of January to release it.

So, it's coming out on the 25th of January. Or when Warner/SE/EA/Activision Blizzard/Toyota buys them, they'll finish it off.

Honestly, good.

Lets face it after arcades went under so did Midway. They focused way too much on graphics and massive budgets towards games instead of fixing problems.

They had the chance more than once to step up and they never did. They can go join the graveyard of developers with Acclaim.
