According to IGN, it's Q1 2009, and with their bankruptcy imminent, they have 50 days = until the 26th of January to release it.

So, it's coming out on the 25th of January. Or when Warner/SE/EA/Activision Blizzard/Toyota buys them, they'll finish it off.
