I agree with Timmah, that this could be implemented in the ban interface. Just add a text box, and the reason you type goes in the banee's profile.

it wouldn´t need to be a forum, just a troll cage, like a list with who´s gone, how long and why,
the problem is sometimes people dissapear or reappear and no one knowes why, that doesn´t mean we need to bash them,

Yes, I agree with El Duderino. Just list who is banned, why, and when and if they'll be back. Vent some general curiosity that way. It'd be like the FBI's Most-Wanted list... only it'd be the Least-Wanted list.

Prediction: Wii passes 360 in US between July - September 2008. (Wii supply will be the issue to watch, and barring any freak incidents between now and then as well.) - 6/5/08; Wow, came true even earlier. Wii is a monster.

Lamia98 is getting exactly what it wants with all your comments (and mine). I don't know what is more pathetic: That blatantly obvious Sony trolls get banned and return with new accounts on a predominantly pro-Nintendo forum, or that a pro-Nintendo nutcase gets banned far more times, and lasts far shorter, than any Sony troll - on a predominantly pro-Nintendo forum. It reminds me of those nasty air bubbles that get trapped in car stickers. You try and you try to squeeze the air out of the bubble to make the sticker nice and smooth again, but no matter how hard you press that bubble simply moves to another place on the sticker and you never really remove it. That's what's going to happen to these forums without an IP ban or some method to reliably track users. Habitual trolls like the aforementioned can act as asinine and insulting as they want while everyone else behaves in a nice and civil manner - although frequently it's because the users want to keep their usernames and not because they genuinely desire to be nice and civil - which makes the forum rules unfair to regulars and utterly irrelevant to trolls.

I see what you are saying, but this site isn't pro-nintendo by design. Gballzack was a troll and crossed the line many times. Blue's multiple personalities cross the line as well and need to be banned. I don't think there was any partiality or inconsistancy there. It may just have seemed so because the new accounts Gballwhatever made were obviously 'it', whereas it might take a little more time to figure out blue's many accounts.
