Are you smarter than a 5 years old chimp?

That's a shame, you two. The games are amazing... among my favorite. Not perfect, but you'll experience some things you just don't feel in other games... very satisfying. Silent Assassin and Blood Money are particularly great. Tough games, too (how I likes it).I was very concerned about the actor they got to play 47 for this... the problem is that 47 is very cold, calm, collected......

SMG officially enters Gameranking's best reviewed games of all time w/ 97.5

Yeah, I'm only a little ways into the game and the variety and smoothness, the cleverness and originality of it all have already stunned me. There really is an amazing level of polish here, not just in the assumed sense but the world itself literally gleams as if it's been polished. Really gorgeous....

Have you received your Wii Remote Jacket?

in Nintendo Discussion on 13 November 2007

I believe it's been less than a week since I ordered mine. Hasn't come yet but I can wait. Can't complain, the price is right. Am interested to see how it feels, though.I ordered the thicker wrist strap on the same day actually, and that arrived within a couple days. But of course that's expected, since they've been offering that for some time now and demand has evened out.

    Assassin's Creed get a 7.0 from 1UP.

in Gaming Discussion on 13 November 2007

Happysqurriel - "The reality is that Assassin's creed is (probably) a very good game produced by Ubisoft who just happens to be a pretty-sloppy developer; their best games have noticeable flaws which can dramatically impact a person's enjoyment of a game."Agreed. The game appears to have a lot going for it, but just like the more recent Prince of Persia games (Sands of Time excluded, and Warrior...

Anyone else scrapped the safety straps on the Wiimotes?

in Nintendo Discussion on 12 November 2007

Depends on how long I'm using the Wii. If I'm just flipping it on to check out the Everybody Votes channel real quick, I probably won't bother. Likewise if I'm playing a classic game where the controller is held sideways and there's no chance I'm sending the thing flying, I'll leave the strap off. But outside of that I like to have it on. Really don't feel like buying any new hardware, regardless...

in General Discussion on 31 October 2007

Well, PlagueOfLocust goes way back for me... something I picked because I liked the sound of it, Biblical-style justice and all that. I've used it as my gaming handle at least as far back as the early days of StarCraft, and throughout my long career of pwning in Team Fortress Classic... Maybe even as far back as Warcraft II. Wow... time flies. And the legacy goes on... using it now in Team...
