CDProjecktRed is bringing a remake to the consoles. Same Story new engine.  Great game if your a console only gamer be sure to give it a try next fall.

Not sure I'll  like the new engine after seeing this. CGI looked better on the PC version.

I don't know about that. WRPG's tend to sell better than JRPGs for the most part.

It should do well enough to justify its release on consoles. Its not a port its a complete reimaginging of the game on a new engine. I've been very impressed with the amount of post release content and support CDProjeckt has given the Witcher. There are plenty of console only gamers out there that need to play this. I'm not sure how well the combat system will translate to a controler but I have high hopes for it. I was going to give the enhaced edition of The Witcher a play but I think I'll wait and give it a spin on the 360 once it comes out.
