Yea its quite impressive. PS2 really was and still is something else. Just something that really took off in the mainstream and never looked back.

Yea usually we have to wait until we get the software but can always do it that way. I bet probably even easier if you just compare them in America instead of doing that haha. Oh well I did it the hard way but whatev.

Well, now that the hardware is in for NA and Others, I'm all excited for the software to come in...
it feels like the PS3 is under tracked.... even i will state that this time... but I;ll wait for the NPD Group to confirm that. And yes if the PS3 is under tracked so is the 360.

Okay, for a little timeline perspective, the ps3 got it's $100 price cut last August from $599 to $499, and then it got another from $499 to $399. So some are saying the ps3 NEEDS another cut to $299??? I'm not sure how it's going to be possible for sony to maintain any level of profitability with these negative margins. and I can't imagine that they have improved production standards THAT much in a year's time frame to reduce prices over 50%.
