If we had only saved our pennies, VGChartz could have become the..."proud"...new owner of Midway. Alas for missed opportunity!

I blame Stranglehold, and just for kicks I blame Wii Fit as well.
My house is almost four times as expensive as Midway.

You're probably right on that count. It's not like Midway has done anything of real note other than that shameful Game Party game which isn't the type of note you'd want to leave on.
I expect the new owner will close the studios and sell off the licenses for a profit. Oh wait, did he buy the debt load too?
