Well Onimusha games have been one of my fauvorite series of all time..But we haven't heard any news from new Onimusha on this gen consoles,last one was Dawn of dreams,for ps2,Mar 7 2006.

Games have sold millions and you would think they would make new one,but I haven't heard any news...

I also loved these games and spent endless hours trying to beat them it would be nice to see another one.

Onimusha 2 was my favourite in the series.

Last I heard there was in fact a new game in the works at Capcom, but that was over a year ago.

was Dawn of dreams any good? i played 1-3 and i loved them

Fantastic series, its true
The first one was great
The second one is the best one, a classic
The third one was great also and long and rapped the trilogy beautifully (new engine, all 3d)
The forth one is the longest one, and the most underrated one, cause i found it to be the most enjoyable one (gameplay wise), and the longest one (40 hours), but it was a commercial flop too bad.

Keji inafume, the creator of the series, is busy these days running capcom so i dont think that there will be another one soon, but i hope that they make a HD remake for the second one.

I'm picking up 1-3 for 29.99? Good Price?

Dawn Of Dreams was....Hmmm.
Hard to say,diffrent compared to 1-3.

And 29.99 is very good price.

They have made Devil may cry 4,Res 5 coming, so woulnd't it be just good that Onimusha 4 would come?

But I can't remember,did some crazy ending scene come at Dawn of dreams,like 1-3,that you would think there will be next one ?

i would like to play another onimusha game , hope they release one sometime next year.

Onimusha 2 was the best
Onimusha 1 was good at the time.
Onimusha 3 was decent
and Dawn of Dreams.... was AWFUL. Seriously, that game blew. They made badass Samanosuke turn into some kind of lame monk and the main character used broadswords. Real samurais uses katanas. Dawn of Dreams strayed away from the formula and tried to become Dynasty Warriors.
