The game is selling a million units a month, non-stop.
When do you expect the price to come down?
Mario Kart is way better online than Brawl but I still prefer Brawl for offline.

Alright, well thanks for your advise everyone. From your comments and talking with my friends, I've decided that Mario Kart Wii would be best for me. I'll more than likely enjoy the single player, and I have family, and friends, who I'm sure will play with me online and offline.

Brawl, then buy MKW later.
Both are great, but I have had much more fun with Mario Kart. Mostly because of my friends/family, which makes games truely enjoyable.
