We all scoffed at Sony predicting that they'd only ship ten million units between April 1, 2008 and March 31, 2009.  Saying that they low-balled their prediction and such. 

Well, here we are, PS3 being outsold massively by the 360 week after week, do we think that Sony will be able to meet the shipping target of 10 million PS3s by the end of the Fiscal year? 

They're were at 4 million+ at the end of Q2, so will they be able to sell enough to ship 6 million units between the last two quarters given recent sales?

Yes -- they will ship 10 million easily.

I mean expect 4 million+ shipped in Q3 and ~2 million shipped Q4

It is very possible that they ship 10 million. Well wait and see after Holiday sales.

yea they should be able to, really not a great accomplishment though. As you said those numbers were purposely set low i think they're expecting to be quite a bit higher.

Lets ban him, for multiple accounts. Also sony wouldn't lower the ship data unless they want stock prices to go down. Just that next FY they will say 9 million or something.
