Haven't really bothered to play enough console games this year to see anything really deserving of goty so I won't bother with that.

I actually got that game (along with The Witcher and N+ for the DS) for free yesterday, glad to hear it's good. I just took it because I figured it would be something fun to fiddle with once I'm done with Gears 2 and Left4Dead.

I've gotta give it up for Mario Kart Wii. It has the accessibility for the inexperienced, and the depth for the experienced. It has lots of hours of single-player, local mulitplayer, and online multiplayer enjoyment. The gameplay is polished, invloved, and very satisfying.
