The day this fanchise went to the gutter is the day it stopped calling itself Batman and started using Dark Knight.
The idea for overly dramatic acting while wearing halloween costumes, batman talking like he has asthma, terrible 2face makup and zero fun other than Jokers screen time followed right after they changed the name
Iron Man better than TDK? Were we even watching the same movies? IM was great as a popcorn action flick, but come on!
This'll be my first-ever Blu-Ray, for sure, to go along with the HDTV I'm getting this weekend
so iron man sold 500k week 1 for the current record and this might beat it.
currently playing: Skyward Sword, Mario Sunshine, Xenoblade Chronicles X
Dark Knight was brilliance. I feel sorry for the people who didn't enjoy it.
It's obviously going to be good all around, but does anybody know what the shipments for the DVD versions of DK will be?
The BuShA owns all!

I do as well. Since they had to sit through 2 hours and 30 minutes without having anything cool happen.
Atleast blow up the boats on the end for christs sake...

Blu-Ray doesn't have 12% market share. Are you instead referring to those rosy "market share among top Blu-Ray movies" figures?
My Mario Kart Wii friend code: 2707-1866-0957
This could be Blu-Ray's The Matrix, or the first title on the format to break a million the first week (and three million lifetime, but that's not my point). The Matrix hit DVD a little over two and a half years after the format launched, and the Dark Knight is hitting Blu-Ray about 2.5 years after the format launched.
This release will be very telling of how Blu-Ray is maturing compared to DVD ten years ago.
I have the movie pre-ordered on Amazon, but it's a Christmas gift for myself, so I'll have to wait two weeks to watch it. :(
