Ubisoft boycotters are pwnt :)

 Given that Suda games don't sell very well and are not likely to get sequels it is easy to imagine they don't have any claim to this game. It is likely the original contract had no provisions for any sequel at all as there was no reason to expect one at all. So it might be less of an issue with Ubisoft letting the property go and more of an issue of them not being aggressive enough in getting publishing rights for the sequel.

The game sold 220K in the US. That's the best any of his games have ever sold. So that claim wasn't even true before, and it's not true this time.

Ubisoft didn't give a lot of hype to the game because Suda's games were niche before. Any publisher would have done that. It's a hit, so that makes the next game a hotter property than the last one.

I know a lot of peeps don't want ubiz to produce this. But i have to ask, does anyone know how well xseed advertises their games?

Exactly. Ive never even seen a commercial for XSEED publish game. People are dumbasses they are quick to talk shit about Ubisoft because of their Z series or whatever but Ubisoft can afford to market NMH2 better than XSEED if they wanted.

People like XSEED only because they decide to bring alot of good games to the west but they dont understand that they do not market games well. So either way publisher wont really matter.

 LOL and they say Quantum of Solace Wii have 12 players online too...
