40 games + maybe 5 hidden titles, yup, looks like 1 achievement worth around 20-25 G's for each game to me.

I know it was due to DLC that Halo 3 has moved up to like 79 achievements, But you would hope that due to the sheer amount of games available in this collection that they could boost this up to at least the 80 barrier aswell.

Im not counting on it though.

Yeah, unless they go the route where you have to do a specific task in each game, I'm betting on each trophy/achievement being "Clear game." It would be nice if each game had like 2 trophies/achievements, but that might be pushing it a bit too much.

Would be nice if they included Sword of Vermillion but a very impresive list of classics. Hopefully they will have a collection for the Saturn Dreamcast era.

Nice, Achievements and Trophies are confirmed and the game is only $29.95!!! I paid $90 for Phantasy Star 2 alone back then.

But, online Co-Op doesn't look too good. It says, "Play these classics together with a friend from the same console at home."

I might have to email Sega and ask them about that. Also send them my retro Genesis controller idea.

That must mean the original Master System game is on there after all then. I suppose they only listed the Mega Drive games, but I expect the only Master System games will be from series of the Mega Drive games which are included. Probably no Wonderboy games then, but quite possible some of the Alex Kidd games from the Master System could be included.

They've been flipping the bird to Wii owners for years. The Genesis collection for PS2 featured the same exact games Sega was charging $8 for on VC, and the whole 28 game package was only 19.99.

I can't wait for this to come out. It's a must buy.
