I personally liked 1.8 which upscaled PS2 games and DVD movies. It also made that PS2 card reader thing alittle more useful by making it possible put PS2 saves on it from the PS3. The last update had some good features too.

So which update and it's features have made the PS3 a bit more pleasant to use for you?

Both of the above, i also was fond of the "Life with PlayStation" update because not only did it add more "Home" ness to the bunch it also gave weather and news service for free along with home.

Cant wait till wwe finally get home some time this year, thats gonna be epic!

Each update is my favorite, as it brings something the previous update didnt.

Seriously all updates are great. I'm glad they haven't taken the MS route of once maybe twice a year. But they do have catching up to do. They have come a LONG way.

I guess I wouldn't care about updates as long as they don't kill my console. So the updates that don't cause problems. 1.8 sounds pretty good.
