Bioshock has a stupendous storyline. I have never actually felt evil playing a game...until I harvested a little sister. Half-Life 2 and its expansions tell an amazing story.

It pains me to see so many people say MGS games (badly written stories) and not Planescape: Torment or any other game that completely crushes MGS series in terms of story.
