Hey now, Dead Space did that and it was absolutely awesome. I kinda wanna play KZ2 now, maybe it will raise my very very low expectations for console shooters (they have all been dumbed down from PC-grade shooters).

I would personally put the Beta of the online play on par with Gears 1.

 

From what perspective?

Technically Killzone 2 supports up to 32 online players, Gears 1 does only 8 (4 vs 4) and Gears 2 will only support 10. Graphics wise Killzone 2 is a league ahead of what Gears 1 and Gears 2 provide as well...

 

 

Anothe good point. One of the levels in the beta is huge. Even with 32 players you'd have more than enough room, probably.

And yet you still BLASTED ME IN THE FACE WITH YOUR SHOTGUN!!!

Plenty of room = pfft.
