Resistance 2.

Valkyria is cool, but not as awesome as R2
NBA 2K9 is average at best
Fallout 3 is apparently completely broken on PS3 and has no DLC or trophies.

So yeah, Resistance 2.

I'd go with valkyria chronicles.

Resistance 2 will hit the platinum series anyway, so you can pick that up cheaper.

Valkyria chronicles is not sure to hit that, and may not be that easy to pick up in a couple of months.

Fallout3 will also still be available within a couple of months (and should hit platinum too).
