Its the biggest games season, less PS3 hw will sell because of the financial crisis, and the PSP just went gangbusters in Japan.

they made profit last year for the same quarter I believe. They should do it again.

Maybe, maybe not. Depends a lot on the yen. If the yen is too high, they won't profit no matter what they do.
Overall Sony results are pretty crappy.. profit, net income, every good metric is down..

Surely they will.
Hell, they even made money on the quarter last year, and the PS3 hasn't shifted in price since then (except up in some cases with the harddrives).

were on shelves because the numbers a month ago and yes it does... I think 360 was around the same fairly accurate.
