Forums - Microsoft - You can't get worse customer than the one Microsoft provies

I called these people 8 times and the same old shit: can't help right now, call back in couple of days, heres your new reference number . Im still waiting on my ups label so I can send my xbox out but for goodness sakes its been two weeks.

Is there anyway I can contact microsoft directly instead of going through this pack of monkeys?

My 360 breaks down twice and now shitty customer service; You sure know how to keep customer happy, Microsoft.

edit: my mistake with the title

LOL. They sent a box to me and had my box back in 2 weeks, so I cannot complain about customer service.

Yeah, they do give you terrible customers, don't they?

Sorry, I know it's lame. 1-800-4-MY-XBOX

Could I trouble you for some maple syrup to go with the plate of roffles you just served up?

Did they not give you a reference number to go to UPS.com to print one out?  I don't know how they do it, but that seems like how it would go down.

They were supposed to send me an email with a link that would have allowed me to download the label but I never got it.

Lol, all I know is comparatively speaking, they have a better customer service then nintendo. Metroid Prime Hunters couldn't connect, and after linking me off 2 twice and calling back twice I still had the problem. When calling M$ about LIVE, we got it fixed the first time through.

As for RRoDs, I've never had a problem with them, so I guess I'm just lucky.

GOTY Contestants this year: Dead Space 2, Dark Souls, Tales of Graces f. Everything else can suck it.

I sent my xbox off last Friday for a repair.

I called them Thursday afternoon. I got an email with my UPS label that night before I went to bed. I think I was on the phone for maybe 10 minutes total. Sucks you're having a problem, I've had a few other friends who mailed off systems too and never seemed to be much problems. You would think with all the practice they would have it down to a system by now lol.

From what I've experienced myself, my friends have experienced, and from what I have read on the internet, I would say that Nintendo has great customer service.

My friend had trouble with Microsoft. A 360 scratched up his copy of Halo 3, and they refused to do anything about it.

I haven't heard much about Sony lately, but that is probably because I don't know anyone who owns a PS3. I know they weren't very good back in the day when all those PS2s were getting disc read errors.

Is this thread about bitching at the Xbox customer service department or all customer service they do? Because if it's the latter I got a lot of ranting in need of venting.
