they are not breaking street, they are knowingly selling a recalled product, which in some states is a crime regardless of wheather or not the product can cause harm. now i doubt they will get sued over it, but it seems like the kind of thing that they would err on the side of caution

They have a patch that is going to take the lyrics out of the game soon. You won't have any problems and wont be able to tell the difference from your copy to anyone elses unless you make sure to never DL the patch. I would have bought 2 and try and sell one for double on Ebay. Then you could have gotten yours for free.
