Hell yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Don't know what you wrote, but anything Simpsons related deserves that kind of a response.

I'll go ahead and post the greatest conversation EVA!!

Homer: Marge? Since I'm not talking to Lisa, would you please ask her to pass me the syrup?
Marge: Dear, please pass your father the syrup, Lisa.
Lisa: Bart, tell Dad I will only pass the syrup if it won't be used on any meat product.
Bart: You dunkin' your sausages in that syrup homeboy?
Homer: Marge, tell Bart I just want to drink a nice glass of syrup like I do every morning.
Marge: Tell him yourself, you're ignoring Lisa, not Bart.
Homer: Bart, thank your mother for pointing that out.
Marge: Homer, you're not not-talking to me and secondly I heard what you said.
Homer: Lisa, tell your mother to get off my case.
Bart: Uhhh, dad, Lisa's the one you're not talking to.
Homer: Bart, go to your room.
--------------------------------------------------

And, next to the alcohol quote you posted, this is my favorite.

Grandpa: My Homer is not a communist. He may be a liar, a pig, an idiot, a communist, but he is not a porn star.

To add to the list:

Mayor Quimby

Mr. Smithers

Lunch Lady Doris

Groundskeeper Willy

Krusty the Clown

Gabbo

Police Chief Wiggum

Ralph Wiggum

Comic Book Guy

Some quotes:
"Weaseling out of things is important to learn. It's what separates us from the animals ... except the weasel." - Homer Simpson

"The doctor said I wouldn't have so many nosebleeds if I kept my finger out of there." - Ralph Wiggum

"Fat Tony is a cancer on this fair city! He is the cancer and I am the ... uh ... what cures cancer?" - Chief Wiggum

"Silly customer, you cannot hurt a Twinkie!" - Apu

Hi I'm actor Troy McClure. You might remember me from such educational films as "Lead Paint: Delicious But Deadly," and "Here Comes the Metric System!"

Love Troy McClure.

Some of his quotes:

HI. I'm Troy McClure. You may remember me from such self help tapes as 'Smoke yourself thin' and 'Get some confidence, Stupid!

Hi. I'm Troy McClure, you might remember me from such driver's ed films as "Alice's Adventures through the Windshield Glass" and "The Decapitation of Larry Leadfoot."

Hi. I'm Troy McClure, you might remember me from such public service videos as "Designated Drivers, the Lifesaving Nerds" and "Phony Tornado Alarms Reduce Readiness."

Hi. I'm Troy McClure, you might remember me from such celebrity funerals as "Andre The Giant, We Hardly Knew Ye" and "Shemp Howard, Today We Mourn A Stooge."

Well, seeing as Phil Hartman died in 1998, Troy McClure has been dead for over half the entire series existence. Which is a shame, since they also lost Lionel Hutz because of his wife going insane. Not to mention the sadness of murder/suicides anyway.

"I'm motioning for a bad... court thingy.
You mean a mistrial?
Yeah! That's why you're the judge and I'm the... law talking guy.
The lawyer.
Right"

I love the series, but it's because they made their characters human, with faults as all people, sometimes exaggerated, but no true malice, and often showing a good family unity, and decent human spirit. Later episodes, they did in fact just become cartoon characters. My saddest moment was watching an episode where they appeared to be ripping off Family Guy, a show that owes their entire existence to the Simpsons, and doing it worse than Family Guy could. But I'll still buy the DVD's, at least until Season 12. Then the hesitation will be higher than the want I fear.

See Ya George.

"He did not die - He passed Away"

At least following a comedians own jokes makes his death easier.

 SIMPSONS RULE!!!

Yeah really great quotes DonWii, and the Troy McClure ones are also great. I really have to watch them in english more, those Troy McClure jokes for example are not half as funny in german as they are in english.

I recently became a little annoyed by the Simpsons, but that's just because I always see the same episodes. I didn't watch them so often for quite a while now and I think it's time to restart. I think I can watch three or four episodes in a row on free tv at the moment, one on swiss tv, one on austrian tv and two on german tv.

The best thing is to watch the Simpsons with a group of friends, it's just fantastic if everybody points out another great joke and you just can't stop laughing for the whole episode.
