I've only bought Wii games that have made extensive use of the remote: Wario Ware, Rayman Raving Rabbids, Elebits, and Trauma Center.
Of those, Wario Ware is the only one I would have considered buying to play on a game pad.

Just ignore him, he seems to use cynicism as a way to get attention...
Anywho, since I only purchased the system itself because of the wii remote, one could consider all 10 games (not counting wii sports) to be because of it... but if I had bought the system for some other reason..:
Dragonball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 2
Elebits
The Godfather: Blackhand Edition
Rayman Raving Rabbids 2
Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition
So half my collection, not counting wii sports, would have been left on the shelf if not for the controls.
Also, any FPS game I get for the Wii in the future will be credit to the wiimote as well, since I refuse to play a FPS with an analog stick (too many years of PC FPS). This includes Metroid Prime 3, which I have pre-ordered from amazon.
I borrowed Red Steel from a friend.
I played it for a few hours, which is a few hours more than I would have had it not had motion controls.
Help! I'm stuck in a forum signature!
I bought Mortal Kombat: Armageddon (first MK game I've ever bought) out of curiosity about the Wii controls. And I have no doubt that most of the Wii games I've bought are enhanced by the Wii remote; only exception is Metal Slug Anthology, which has no truly workable support for motion controls and plays best with the Gamecube controller.
Right now, only Godfather. But I plan on getting Elebits and Trauma Center also.
Probably only Warioware so far, but I'm sure I'll buy more like Umbrella Chronicles and Zack and Wiki, which I wouldn't buy for a regular controller.
SSX Blur, Harry Potter OOTP, Wario Ware SM. Especially SSX Blur. Really enjoyed it.
My themeforest portfolio:
Dragonball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 2- I had a great deal of fun with this game but the control scheme still needs some fine tuning but it worked well over all. The game wasn't as fun to me with the Classic Controller but the controls were more accurate.
The Godfather: Blackhand Edition- I had no interest in this game. I am not big into GTA styled games but I kept hearing such great things about the controls. The controls work great and prove that the Wii Mote and Nunchuk can be good for complex games as well as simplistic ones.
Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition- I bought this partly for the controls and partly for the bonus content. The Wii Motes precise aiming makes the game a lot easier. Thankfully headshots aren't one hit kills or this game would insanely easy.
