i believe development of the game has started but won't finish before versus which means late 2010 lol

The article doesn't specify if Versus is the last FF he'll be directing (which also means it's the only, since Versus is the first game Nomura is directing) or the last FF in which he'll be involved (which is bad news since I love Nomura's character designs)

I thought it was pretty obvious KH was on hold til versus was done...but still, I hope it isnt his last FF, i much prefer final fantasy to kingdom hearts.

It says he will "jump into" KH3, so it does make it seem as though it is underway, so we may get a CG trailer at TGS (and Nomura is a PS3 fanboy isnt he?)
