Obviously...not. Read the article, it says it's real. It's just not meant to be considered a handheld, it wouldn't be in the same catagory as the PSP or DS. It will be nothing like either.

Lol yeah that AD is extremly amateurish. 
This device looks like a multimedia functionality device, like a i-mate of sorts, not nessisarly competing with the DS and PSP.
