 Of course it didnt "anally rape" Mario.Sony just won those generations by a big margin while Nintendo had a smaller presence and cimented its handheld throne.BUT ,for some fanboys of childish minds ,Sony did just that (anally rape Mario and ruin their childhood rememberings) just by beating Nintendo .....those are the same that because Nintendo sells more right now feel they are "anally raping" Sony and its fanboys.

 Well ,Sony had a deal for FFXIII for instance ,and probably for Star Ocean 4 ....still if MS comes with a much bigger check that is enough for Square (in this case) to paid Sony the break of the exclusivity contract theres little Sony can do.To counter this Sony should enter a check war with MS ,and Sony cant do that.

Anyway ,hating Sony because they have less money that Microsoft is a bit over the top.

-High starting price point, which gave quite a shock to consumers expecting a winner after the PS2 and Ps1

-Stumbling performance, as everybody loves a winner

Actually MS had a deal with Square that would of made FFXIII exclusive to the 360 but Sony money hated Square Enix...

Why hate them? I have a PS3 and love it, but I'm very will to admit that the people at Sony were just huge throbbing dicks this gen, and made on enormous mistake after enough, and still managed to act like cocky dicks while doing it. And now they are getting their ass pounded by the two companies they dominated previously. Thus the hate.

It's like the big bully at school, that's also rich, and a huge dick bag (that's a bag of dicks if you don't know), and then their family goes bankrupt and he has his legs broken, and falls in a puddle of mud and can't get out and all his dicks fell out of his bag and are all over the place, and he's still talking about how incrediblely awesome he is in comparison to your pathetic single dick selves. Of course the other kids are gonna go step on his dicks, and kick him a few times you would too.

 You must have missed that press conference in E32006 when FFXIII and FFXIII Versus were announced as PS3 exclusives.

You must have missed how SO4 was announced in SO1 and SO2 in the PSP in Japan....I see difficult that Sony allowed publicity for a rival console game in the PSP games dont you think+

No its just microsoft and nintendo got better thats why were waiting for sony to get better as well. Everyone can agree that the ps3 will not even smell the success of the ps1/2 unless sony gets their act together . We kinda expect sony to suceed in hardware sales but I believe theyll be lucky to even reach 40 million let alone 100 million. And they should stop making rediculous claims such as a 10 year plan and "4d graphics" and "next gen rumble" cuz thats not helping them. If they stop the bull and stop acting like they own the gameing industy then theyll be like they were before.

I think the Sony "hate" would be due to Sony being on top the last couple of generations. There was some smack talk about Nintendo after it lost to Sony as well - it's people laughing at failure of the former champ. Schadenfreude...
