made you look: Actually, I don't think PS3 will smell the success of the previous Playstations even if Sony gets its act together. We're already a third of the way through the generation, if not half, it's too late!
I think the Sony "hate" would be due to Sony being on top the last couple of generations. There was some smack talk about Nintendo after it lost to Sony as well - it's people laughing at failure of the former champ. Schadenfreude...
