How i see things -> one is on an expensive platform, decent userbase and has a main hero a... sackboy,while the other has a cartoony hero,cheap platform and a pretty big userbase.

Now,i find that Banjo 3 has a history,the animations are good,it`s addressed for children and the city is lively colored,pretty well done. LBP is not so animated and doesn`t feel like it targets kids,but i`m not going to judge the game,i`m just saying my opinion.

What`s yours? How do you see this games competing?

Really hard to say so i will wait until it releases to see the first week.

Banjo might outsell LBP week one but in the long run it will be, like Gearbox said, a landslide in favour of LBP.

It's hard to answer this without seeming negative, but I think Little Big Planet will significantly outsell Banjo.

I would say LBP easily, there's just way more hype for it, than banjo.

Is this a serious question? I always thought it was obvious seeing as when of the games crashed several gaming sites in anticipation of Beta keys?

It would have to be a major upset for Banjo to outsell LBP. I'm not entirely sure how LBP will in fact pan out, if great ideas turn into great experiences or just missed potential, but purely by concept alone I expect it to sell a lot. Already pre-ordered it myself whilst the only chance Banjo has of entering my 360 is if my sister buys it to get the original one free. Anecdotal, sure, but I am a 360 fan first, so it surely means something. :D

God I hope its Little Big Planet.

One is a game I've liked the look of for ages, the other is a game I have despised since it was first shown to be a kart game.
