No GBA games= FAIL in my eyes.

Camera is nice as well - especially if they launch some form of "friends list" and video conferencing software. PSP isn't too far either - but while its missing a touch screen, IMO its not in the same league. |
The psp is still far ahead of the DS in features. Everything the DS got that was new, the psp already has.
So I dont know what you mean on this "Not in the same league" phrase.

psp also got skype recently wonder if the Dsi will get it too
DSi is a much bigger upgrade over previous versions. And it has the most important feature of all: best software lineup.

Perhaps shams was comparing the PSP to the iPhone in terms of extra (non-gaming) functionality.

That's a more correct term. The DS has the best, and biggest portable software library that is attractive to the masses. It constantly outsells the PSP on a weekly basis, and Apple has about 75 million or so iPhone 3Gs to sell to even be in the same territory. I just don't see the point in this. Raising the price is never extremely effective. |
The DS Lite would argue differently, sir.
lets see what dsware has to offer probably you can download gba games and stuff

That seems like the most likely scenario.

The PSP and PS3 get flamed because they are Sony systems, there doesn't have to be any logic involved.
Neither of the upgrades makes me wanna buy a handheld.I couldnt care less about another camera device, Nintendo.. i already got my digital cam, cellphone for that. Honestly the least nintendo could have done is upped that horrific archaic processor speed so that 15% bigger screen can display 15% improved graphics. Now all i just see are magnified low res sprites n pixels... yaay...
why do i get the feeling that nintendo is gonna sit on its big fat successful ass and go the sega way eventually.. i.e. be too full of itself to make anything quality anymore.
Doubt is not a pleasant condition, but certainty is absurd.
