So there is a gold trophy for "complete 10 timed challenges"

I have the silver for completing 1 but I honestly have no idea how i did it.... I beleive i was online when it happened but when I go online to the free burn stuff I see "marked man, race, stunt, free burn challenge etc." I do not see anything that says TIMED CHALLENGE so Iam probably just missing something?

If someone could explain how to get in Timed Challenge matches I would really appreciate it

I'm not sure (just played offline), but I heard this trophy is a bit glitchy even if you have completed 10 timed challenges

the timed challege i know of are street challeges on the 360 its up on the dpad, and then both shoulder buttons i think... i always enter them acidently, i dont like doing the, bought it for the crashes, not setting times

I played the 360 version, so I'm not sure if there's a difference, but Timed Challenges were online only challenges that required at very least 2 people. It's a variant of the Freeburn Challenges. If you're hosting a Freeburn Session, hit start, go to challenges and there should be a prompt to change from Freeburn to Timed. (Was X on the 360, which probably means Square on the PS3) If you're a guest in someone else's session, it's up to the host what if any challenges you will do.

So I guess it sounds like it is online like I thought but its just one of the many types of free burn challenges? So basically I have to get lucky and get in a game that is running timed challenges and not something like stunt or marked man?

I just find it odd cause I can find every other kind of challenge but I never see the game type set as "Timed Challenge" cause u can see what it is before u enter the game... hmmmmm

Fairly certain they just appear as "Freeburn Challenge" for game type when you're looking for a room. Probably because the Timed Challenges were added later as part of the Cagney update. You can either hook up with people doing challenges and ask the host to do Timed Challenges, or host your own game and pick timed challenges for the people who join.

Hmmm sounds good, I will try that.
