This.
Pixel Art can be fun.
nintendo doesn't need to counter LBP, it won't hurt their sales just like halo, gta, mgs, or any other game you can thing of didn't hurt their sales.
oh, and wiimusic is going to kicks LBPs ass in sales.
Yes, Nintendo doesn't need to counter, but they always do. Just usually more subtlely than this.
"You can never jump away from Conclusions. Getting back is not so easy. That's why we're so terribly crowded here."
Canby - The Phantom Tollbooth
Isn't Little big planet the counter?? Against.. well.. the entire Wii...

Face the future.. Gamecenter ID: nikkom_nl (oh no he didn't!!)
I don’t know I could see LBP and Music moving similar levels of software at first, simply b/c LBP will grab some casual market and tons of core where as Music is going to be floating mainly on the blue ocean
Then again the ocean is pretty deep and wide

I think we have yet to see if LBP will actually have a real "casual" appeal. So far there has been quite a lot of buzz on the internet, but that is the hardcore crowd. So unless a huge mass of casual gamers all start buying PS3s combined with LBP instead of Wiis Nintendo doesn't have a reason to worry.
Seriously. As sad as this is, Wii Music will destroy anything this holiday season. Nintendo's perfectly fine, they only need to start worrying if the Wii starts selling negative units.
PSN: chenguo4
Current playing: No More Heroes
^ I'm not so sure if Wii Music manages to outsell Gears 2 - especially at the beginning I expect Gears 2 to pull ahead by a large margin and Wii Music maybe closing in on it due to high weekly sales for a long time

I love Animal Crossing.
+1 Animal Crossing for me.
+0 Little Big Planet for me. (If I had a ps3 I would probably buy this game, but I don't and I don't plan on getting one.)
