You're in denial. I hate myself for replying to you. Like I said, the RRoD can still happen but it's reliability rate is far improved over the previous models since OVERHEATING WAS FAR AND WIDE THE MAIN CAUSE OF RROD. But like I also said, you are in denial.

3 million ppl suing MS is worse then 1 billion lost? How do you figure that? Using the PS2 DRE class action lawsuit as a reference point, in which sony had to pay $25 to people who had proof of purchase, I figure $25 for 3 million (a # which im sure is pulled out of thin air) equals $75 million. Just for kicks and giggle, if MS would to pay the whole install base of x360 it still wouldn't equal $1 billion.

I won't count Sony out this gen yet because of the following reason:
Sony has sold an average of about 7.79 million PS3 consoles per year since launch
The 360 has sold an average of about 6.98 million consoles a year.
This is actually remarklably good numbers for Sony, because for all but around two weeks of it's life, it's had to condent with the Wii too, which of course is at an average of about 16.275 million consoles a year. The 360 had almost an entire year without current gen competition, and it can't keep up the same average as the PS3.

The 360 would need to have sold 2.43 million consoles more than it has do to just have the same average as Sony's PS3. to have the same average as the Wii, it would need to have sold a hell of a lot more, about 27.885 million more to be exact.

That is why I can't count Sony out.

Woe. Way to much crap flying around from new posters. This site clearly has less 360 fans. Anybody with lots of posts thats been here a year or more will tell you. Anyways If M$ are in SH*t as you say then the fact that M$ are doing well in Japan is nothing. They sold nearly 15,000 again this week and could have done more if it didnt sell out in the majority of shops in Japan again. I believe they are now well and truly out of the so called hole, as I think they will outsell PS3 this christmas. Theres no need to swear either. It should all be about the games regardless of the system you own.
