I don't hate my PS3.  Its the best $500 I ever spent for a Movie Entertainment System.  Heck I used it to play all the games I missed on the PS2 that I never got a chance to play(never own a PS2, just PS1, Gamecube & Xbox).

As Microsoft admitted, the console war is over. 2nd place is still up for grabs though, just like it was last gen until the very end.

By the way, incase any of you take my above message to heart, it was a joke.

I do admire the PS3, it's just that Sony priced it way out of the market. Once it's price comes down I'm sure it'll fair much better.

 Who has said anything that could even be close to interpreted as hating the PS3 in this thread? Are you just being emo about a sales site not having an overwhelming abundance of PS3 fans?

see Microsoft wishes it was over but they're about to get their face shoved in the dirt... they cannot sell in japan and once FF and GT5 come out over there PS3's will be flying off shelves.

 I don't get why people keep saying and agreeing with this. Most factors indicate we have a 40-40-20 split for Wii, Ps3 and X360 here on the site (perhaps MS being a bit lower).

God of war 3 and GT5 are even out yet ? There still TBA and How is it a perfect time to get a PS3 when none of those games are yet to be done? you know you could of named some current games..

Leo-j, I don't know what PS3 hate you are talking about. PS3 fanboys maybe, but right now, that seems to be the majority of loud-mouth people of this site.

Although you are a PS3 fanboy and you will deny this, but it's the truth so get over it.

Before you call me a Ninty fanboy, I own a PS3 as well and soon to own a 360 once finals are done.

As for on topic, I've seen this "Sony is still in" and "Just wait, Sony will dominate..."  I agree that Sony is still in and they still have a lot going for them, but I seriously don't think they will be first this gen, and if they are, more power to them.

I remember when it was still 2006, people were saying "Wii is a fad" and "Wii will be in last by the end of 2007, maybe 2008 and PS3 will have a clear dominance..."  I laugh at those fanboys now.
