Yeah but, Why is this strip posted 6 years late?

i think part of it may have to do with the fact that the adult link at the end of the comic was link from twilight princess, which is what should have been the gamecube zelda in the first place. maybe this comic is pointing at a bigger message that nintendo is on the rise and going back to what it was like in the super nintendo era where everything is going to be kick ass and all other gaming companies would be non existant compared to nintendo. thats all just furthur speculation though.

i can understand why this could be funny in 2002, when everyone would have agreed with the comic.. but after playing the game, this just seems so fail-ish, and i feel sorry for everyone who missed the game because they were insecure about their youth/adulthood
