i say go with ur gut feelings buying a console is an investment and u cant just change it easily. make sure the ps3 is for you, research it, look at some vids of in game.

i had friends telling me to get an xbox 360, halo, halo, halo in my ear till bled. but u know what halos not for me ive had my fair share of fps games in the past i used to play fps online religiously, but there is a lot more that interested me in the ps3.

im glad i purchased the ps3, i dont regret making that decision. but i wish i had the money to also get an xbox + all the games i want for that.

btw im jealous u guys get fable 2 and gow/gow2, forza looks col too oh and pgr4.

if given the choice id own all 3 consoles. i have a wii and ps3

Don't worry OP, it's just your taste are changing.

I say give it another few months and see what's coming or if any of the new games peak your interest. If not, then sell your system for a PS3. It's no use having a system collect dust. If you don't like it then these aren't your games.

As a gamer, I would never sell a console.

yeah, MGS4 is in fact the worst entry in the serie so far, I am actually re-playing MGS3 after starting the 4th, and cant stop playing it

if u like twin snake, buy a pS2 and play MGS MGS2 and MGS3, do yourself a favor (non retrocompatible PS3 would hurt you)
