Forums - Nintendo - Monster Hunter 3 MASSIVE interview (monsters, world, CONTROLS, etc.)

Read this earlier.

The way monsters now are effected depending on how you act in regards to other monsters and what-not, sounds fantastic.

I can't wait to see this at TGS.

meh.....never played a MH game

if its something really different & well done on wii....then I may buy it

All hail the KING, Andrespetmonkey

Wow this is my most anticipated Wii game now.

Good. This will lead to Nintendomination of Japan at unproportioned levels, and seal the fate of a certain....mumble,mumble

I don't need your console war.
It feeds the rich while it buries the poor.
You're power hungry, spinnin' stories, and bein' graphics whores.
I don't need your console war.

NO NO, NO NO NO.

Yea this game looks really awesome. Glad to hear there taking the time to polish and get it right. I hope they use motion plus. Wii speak would really be nice for the online too, because it seems like a game you would need to communicate in. Getting it for sure.

Support good third party games on wii. Buy games like house of the dead overkill, de blob, madworld, the conduit and boom blox.

Cool this is something like I have always wanted to create my self (don’t know much about MH). I really like what I am reading and I can’t wait for it to come out so I can play it.

Man this TGS feels so far away I want to see some vides of this!!

    R.I.P Mr Iwata :'(

I've never been (too) interested in this series, but my interest piqued when they started describing how monsters interact with each other and the player. I hope they decide to keep the idea of the monster being able to chase you from area to area--it would really add a big sense of urgency and make you think about whether it's wise to attack or not.

In such an online-oriented game that asks you to work together like this, I only worry about 2 things:
-No friend codes
-WiiSpeak support

Give me those, and you may have yourself a sale

Could I trouble you for some maple syrup to go with the plate of roffles you just served up?

Tag, courtesy of fkusumot: "Why do most of the PS3 fanboys have avatars that looks totally pissed?"
"Ok, girl's trapped in the elevator, and the power's off.  I swear, if a zombie comes around the next corner..."

It's like MH + Spore = Nintendomination ^_^

So basically if I tick a pack of those raptor dudes off they will start hunting me V_V... fail!

I wonder how large each map is this time around, I can picture fighting that Sea Dragon King, that would be some scary stuff, I wonder just how big it is compared to the player... probably would have to grab on to parts of it while attacking. I can see a hard fight under water leading into me swimming as fast as possible to land, then as soon as I hit shore and thinking I'm out of aggro the damn thing bursts out of the ocean red eyeing me. I would probably just put myself out of my own misery if that happened irl.

I hope they took those lame item stealing cats out, they always steal my map.

I'm Unamerica and you can too.
