Xbox360, PS3 and PSP are just picking up the scraps left behind by Wii and DS.

Nice boost for the 360.... or the PS3 was too low this week? Anyway Wii is still strong.
Looks like they revised the numbers for the week ending September 6th.
Correct me if I'm wrong since I'm going on my memory for what last weeks number used to be.
The 360 went up from 75,000 to 91,000.
The PS3 went down from 70,000 to 56,000.
What is Wii doing all the way up there?!
I'm really not sure what to think about these somewhat strange sales...
360 stays the same from last week, PS3 loses 10K, Wii gains 20K. Did I miss something here?

Nice 360 boost.
Yea there has been a lot of adjusting with numbers this week so wouldn't be that surprising. But it does show that the 360 pricedrop was very frontloaded haha as what it did in 1 day was only matched in the next 7. But I guess though sales are necessarily bad.
PS3 is of some concern though. I mean as wii explodes through it all unscathed as usual, PS3 seems to be affected by this. Now it's possible shortages but I got nothing to prove that guess. All and all there isn't much to grab out of this week. Next week will be of more interest, especially for the 360.
The 360 will never reach parity with the Wii in regards to sales. It can, however, hold on to 2nd place, and this week has been a nice start to accomplish that goal.
90k? that's it? even I expected more.
Hell, I expected the 360 to beat the PS3 by 55k WW and that's without the extreme Japanese numbers that it got.
Blacksaber, Sony fans are fine. They have a soild holiday season infront of them, and '08 has been PS3's best year. And the drop is because - you guessed it - the 360 drop.
$199 a sweet spot my ass. Drop the premium to $199 and you got it. Not the bastarised Arcade.
PS3 sales low. Perhaps people realize that the new SKU sucks. I hope they don't send me that crap if they can't fix my 60gb
