if that's in-game assets then the graphics have been improved alot.
it looks much nicer than before.

 

p.s. gears is also a very good game,,,can't we have more than just one good shooter?

true killzone 2 does look good, but when it comes to art style resistance 2 takes the biscuit. When it comes to technical achievements yeah killzone 2, but you still have to admit that this game has turned out looking better then any other shooter type game coming out this year.

FPS shooters this year on PS3 goes as follows KZ2> Resistance 2.

I understand what you're saying man but FYI they are two FPS games vying for supremacy in their genre. When the awards best FPS of the year comes up, those two will go up against each other...remember that. It's not like i'm laughing for nothing. LOL...might laugh might get worse once MAG comes out. Don't worry...I'm going to get KZ2 now. A friend of mine talked me into it pretty much. I've always thought the graphics was impressive. Besides when I buy the PS3 I might as well have a main FPS to focus on with all of the shooters I have to play on the 360. I mainly will be sticking to the PS3 for Action adventure, Fighting games. Cool beans.

So... KZ2 is this year... interesting to say the least.

Just quit it, Stage. Why the hell are you trying to bring R2 down? what don't you like about it? why is it so inferior? (when it has a terrffic storyline+colours(hi KZ2)+awesome weaponry (courtecy of Insomniac, they always make terrific weapons)... plus, it has all bases covered - good SP, strong MP.)

LMAOOO!!!!!!! Gears has multiple identifiable and relatable characters and intelligent extraterrestrials that they fight against in the storyline. Sure i'll give you the movies from Part 1 since you want it that bad.I'll give you crappy Youtube videos too.

 

 

 

Graphically, I mean. It's undeniable that KZ2 is better than gears in graphics... I don't know about characters.

lol, I think Call of Duty 4's smaller maps and perks would be the blame there. I think 18 for the 'Ground War' gameplay mode is just about right for the map sizes that 40-50 players on those same maps is going to be too much.

Still, I would recommend substituting another game like one from the Battlefield series, Counter-Strike, Team Fortress 2, ect to better compare that.

On topic, this looked pretty good. Can't wait to see how the full gameplay looks, gameplay and all.

It kind of bummed me out in the first one how Hale didn't say much of anything. Sure, it was being narrated, but he could have had some full conversations or something....
