And also, don't forget that R2 is coming out as well...so that could (will) sabotage its' sales on the PS3, so in the end...they may be just about even

I'll still be getting it for PC...just a shame EA has to be stupid about PC yet again. The only reason they do this is because they're worried about an explosion of piracy with a simultaneous console release.

And it's been shown time and again that piracy is not much more widespread with simultaneous releases than timed exclusives. Wait 2 or 3 months to release it on PC and you'll have the same amount of pirates...maybe 10,000 or so to a game. It's not an insignificant number, but it's far more worth it to put it on PC than not.

And if you wait almost half a year to release an already-completed game (because it will be done on PC on time...they just wait for the hell of it), customers are going to lose interest in the game and the PC version's sales will be low.

This is how it often goes with PC games, and developers wonder why their games sell like crap. Maybe! you should put them on Steam, and release them simultaneously with console versions! That's the best way to release.

Anyway, I don't own a PS3 or 360...so I'm not sure why I would buy one of those versions...

And it's a first person game, I'll find it easiest to look around and move with a fast mouse.

There was never a rumor to start with. It was a mistranslation of Exclusive DLC

It sucks that the PS3 and 360 versions come out first. Gameplay videos make me believe that a mouse for this game will be required if I'm going to be leaping and bounding off rooftops like that. Also, it's a game with enough head bob to make me ill, so the extra control of the mouse ought to help a little bit. I can't imagine anybody not feeling ill if they watch me play Counter-Strike or Team Fortress 2 since I play them with a higher sensitivity (6-7 with the Source Engine, 12ish with the Half-Life engine). In fact, I start to get headaches when I watch other people playing these games if they play with similarly sensitive mouse controls.

Having more control over the camera helps me to not only feel more in control with the camera, but also to be in control of how the character moves within the environments.

What? It was delayed for the PC? Dammit, I was hoping this would kepp me entertained till GTA4 comes. Oh, well, I hope they announce the final release date soon, I've wanting to play this game for some time

Oh do I need more money.
