Forums - Microsoft - Future of XBOX 360 sales '07.

Are they trying to keep the predictions lower than actual Xbox 360 units sold, and predictions higher than actual Xbox 360 games sold? It's perfectly balanced. Seems odd.

Hmmm.
I did this prediction in june or something. But it's pretty normal the sales for the games are lower because the others are for LTD end '07. My Hardware prediction is too low because I expected a price cut for Europe in october and one for Na in september.

I think X360 won't sell 15 million at the end of the year
I think it will sell onlu 13,5 million

I don't really see the 360 sales ever jumping again at least not at this degree over any single game. Halo 3 probably exhuasted any surplus of the late adopters, but you never know.

Well Late Adopters at the $349 "Buy-in" Point.

I imagine that once the Premium Xbox SKU hits $299 we'll see another drop (and when memory of the RROD has faded away).

Plus sales for the 360 should explode when it hits the magical $199, assuming it does it before the PS3.

Well, you are wrong. The X360 will easily have sold 15 million by end of the year, probably close to 16 million.
