Haha they are announcing new games, it would be illogical if they didn't and as pakidan101 posted, they are already confirmed. I would destroy my Wii if they didn't announce anything.

I would like to see Japanese Nintendo fans reactions though if there are NO games announced for Wii or DS for the following year. Negative sales confirmed.

Final Fantasy Fans? You mean the typical 11-19 year old anime fan gamers on forums who chronically choose the angriest pictures they can find of either Sephiroth, Dragonball Z, Naruto or Avatar: The Last Airbender characters for their icons? Now, I'm not saying that to try and insult anyone, but you do realize Kingdom Hearts epitomizes everything that has become Final Fantasy's "Bubble Gum Soda Pop High School Musical meets Hot Topic" appeal since Hironobu Sakaguchi (The Miyamoto of Final Fantasy) left Square and FFX became the new standard of "excellence". Kingdom Hearts is practically Square's Magnum Opus in the eyes of any gamer who honestly still thinks there is any value to what Final Fantasy has become.

 The only Final Fantasy fans who would be immune to Kingdom Hearts appeal are maybe the older elitists who buy into Final Fantasy's current direction purely for its pretentious and gaudy presentation (you know the people that can't get enough of the FF7 meets Metal Gear Solid imagery of FF13) or those who think the golden days of Final Fantasy never left and its just as good as its always been.

I'm seriously not trying to insult anyone here but wake up and see the Final Fantasy animal for what it is. This is not high art we're talking about here.

I expect to see Super Metroid Prime, The Legend of Zelda: The Goddess' Wrath, Super Mario Universe, Pikmin 3: Lost at Sea, Man Icarus, Super Smash Bros. Brawl Expansion Pack (With Ridley, Knuckles, and Ganondorf's sword), Final Fantasy XIV: Aries Strikes Back, and Kingdom Hearts III: Pixar Pandemonium, to name a few.

If not, I will create an emotional and somewhat embarrassing thread revealing my disclosed feelings to all of you. May the force be with you.

Dont forget about 11-19 year old kids who listens to Linkin park and make videos of ANY ANIME and add a Linkin Park song to post on youtube. But yeah, thats what Im posting about... And we could do nothing about it either, Final Fantasy is becoming like Naruto and DBZ of video games. Its all about "stereotypes" atleast Crystal Bearers were good if it will be ever released.

E3 2008- Armageddon. Wii motion plus introduced. Wii Music. Reggie says Animal crossing was a core game. Massive disappointment. many Wii core gamers selling their Wii.

I really think they'll announce great things this year too (core games, storage solution, and third party exclusives).

I'd jump in joy if they got FFVI remake (not FFVII)

I hope they they say something about the new Zelda tittle.

As i remember, almost 10 years ago, Zelda OoT was launched. (exactly in nov 21, in 98) Maybe an OoT remake for DS!! That would be great!
