here I got an Idea, tell her to buy a PS3 and buy LBP and re create her fave games on there with SackBoy. problem solved :D

No thats just it.  She likes games LIKE those.  She's also mentioned God of War, a passing interest in Final Fantasy and Grand Theft Auto.

I'm really interested in 360 games I may have forgotten to mention, and the PS3 library she may be interested in.

 

Well, purely from a 360 perspective she could always get ninja gaiden 2 on 360 to make up for the potential loss of god of war 3 and theres ninja blade coming aswell to add to 360's hack and slash type games

I will gladly admit that I am not that focused on the 360 library, so feel free to add any that I missed.

Sounds Decent. am not big on the 360 library either. can some one make a list for the 360???

If shes not bothered about online then surely the far cheaper 360 arcade is the best option now due to price......... and then she could get a ps3 when sony drops the price of it in the not too distant future

Both consoles have some great games coming out so there will be no winner there, only opinion
