ms owns halo ip, so its simple even with bungie now able to make ps3 games they cannot make halo for ps3 unless ms alows them. and that will not happen unless ms suddenly decides to make no more consoles at all and go back to producing only software.

No it is not coming to PS3,Microsoft owns the rights to the IP,I doubt that they will release it on PS3.
