I'll agree, but maybe Sony had a B+, i'm not sure.

Killzone is fukin awesome, but so is Mario Galaxy.

I thought they did well by presenting a whole lot of games. I didn't see much of Microsoft's (except for when Moore brings out the Halo 3 SKU to . . . .), and I saw a little bit of Nintendo's, but had some streaming problems (damn 1up).

Anyway, cool stuff though there wasn't any kind of announcement of a rumbling Sixaxis (unless I missed it somewhere). Oh well, great looking games and I am more excited for home, but less excited for Haze now (unless they polish that thing. ... whew).

ooh while the Sony fans are all high on hype - can I get any famous quotes for how much PS3 sales will increase because of all the people who saw E3? kwaad you wanna predict 300,000 for july now? please? :P

 For E3 thats probably the right strategy, with the enthousiast press there. Save the touch generation for TV commercials or something.

Nintendo showed more stuff from games we knew were coming (Mario kart, Metroid prime, etc)

IMO all mario galaxy, ssbb, mario kart and wii fit will sell more than anything sony showed today.

And Kwaad, seriously...saying Sony OWNED E3 every freakin post is getting old.

We know what your opinion is...its getting annoying...I agree Killzone looks better than Gears.

I wasnt really expecting less though...the almighty Cell should have been able to beat lowly Gears on day 1...it was just a matter of time.

My take - B+/A-

Sony will be fine in the West.  Sony will take alot of the customers 360 is going after when the price drops.  I was curious to see if Sony would have anything to try to get some more support from Japanese gamers/casual gamers to justify the price..no dice (granted this is an American centric event now, not a worldwide event)

A true price drop would have helped alot this year (remember most consumers don't care about the added value - $499/$599 is the same as last year).  Because of that, I see Nintendo and Microsoft trouncing Sony in 2007.

In terms of appealing to the three markets (and how I expect sales to be through the holidays):
