the only disappointing thing coming from them so far is probably wii music.. which doesn't really effect me since i'm *shock awe* not going to buy it.. so i guess i've been quite satisfied with nintendos offerings

They haven't disappointed me at all with the DS. I always have something amazing to play on that thing, whether it be first or third party. The Wii, while not disappointing, hasn't lived up to my expectations though (Ok, maybe a little disappointed). That being said, a handful of their first party games (FE, Galaxy, MK:Wiii, especially) have been far from disappointing. Any system that Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn can't be very disappointing.

They rarely disappoint. They're one of the few gaming companies I can honestly say that about.

Ehh I am not so much disappointed as affirmed. As usual Nintendo puts out stellar first party's but has very little good 3rd party support.

I also think it's messed up that a little peripheral is gonna suddenly turn the Wii into what it was supposed to be at launch. It's amazing how much flack 360 gets for Its hardware faults when the console leader didn't even bring what was promised out of it hardware till about 2 years after release. And before anyone accuses me of disliking Nintendo, I have had every handheld except for DS(which I greatly want) and owned every console including the Wii.

I am very dissapointed with the Wii. I expect that a new console will have much better graphics than it's predcessor, and it outrages me that Nintendo is charging $250 for a last-gen console.

I am disappointed with the pirces (accessories, games, hardware), but not by the games or the wii-mote. I beat MP3 and I love my wii-mote. Other controls are old gen, outdated.

I know I am NOT. The wii-mote is the worst BEST thing to ever happen to gaming. I used to love Nintendo but they just keep getting worse  BETTER and worse  BETTER But AND I still love their old systems and games they had for them. Motion Plus will complete the reinvention of video gaming that saved it from becoming a niche market device.

PS. Before you reply with some condescending crack, I have personally played every major gaming system since pong including the PS3, Xbox 360 and the PC (since Zork).

Me I'm just disappointed with:

1. Wii Music being made;
2. Retarded friends codes;
3. Brawl's rubbish online;
4. WHERE IS MY PIKMIN 3? Hurry up already.

What? I really don't get how you can seriously compare RRoD & disc scratching to the Wii-mote not being good enough for some people. You may as well bring up how Sony promised good games on the PS3, yet didn't deliver until a year after release... hence, Sony fans shouldn't be so harsh on the RRoD. It's a bad comparison, really.

OT: Hmm... technically I might be, since I'm impatient and want to see more games (Zelda) now... even though I don't have the money.  I don't even have a DS yet
