I thought that Halo even did "so so" in Europe (only 2.13 million in "others"), so I actually doubt it :-/

Halo (and Gears) are primarily US-shooters.

Doesn't the arcade 360 usually only make up about..... less than 10% of the console's sales each week???? And the 300 price of the 20gb premium 360 didn't help it beat the ps3 that month appearantly..... it's not like every consumer who didn't buy a 360 knew that it was going to be replaced with a 60GB... only a very small % of videogamers actually follow VG news....

My Prediction: After the price cut there won't be much of a difference in sales for the 360... maybe a marginal increase.... sales will turn well for the 360 during the launches of big games.....but nothing amazing.....

PS3 got a slight boost...for no reason

Two days... right?  Anyhoo, the most effect is gonna be on the first day of sales.

OT: Watch Wii get better numbers in the Amercias once the dollar gets stronger, Nintendo wants money, so they just supply Europe properly.

sure, at least until PS3 reach the point when slim model was released. But by then, Ps3 should reach 300€/$ levels

Wii back over 100k and ps3 is doing really well i has gained tha last weeks both in US and Europe for 360 guess everybody waits for price cut.

Yeah....thats when Japan should brighten up.....right now PS3 is starting to trend over PSP literally on the shoulders of EU....n on the mini-shoulders of NA.

I would guess that some serious stockpiling for the holidays is happening with the Wii.

Something tells me the Wii sales this holiday season will be on levels we've never even come close to before.

No .1% up marketshare for the wii this week. :(
